Manufacturer warrants each new trailer manufactured by it to the original purchaser, to be free from defect in materials, and workmanship under normal use and service with loads not exceeding their rated capacity, for a period of 365 days from original purchase date. Best Trailer, Inc. will replace, repair or correct any part or parts which in the judgment of Best Trailer, Inc. is due to manufacturer’s defect. This warranty does not cover bearings, seals, packaging of wheel bearings, brake shoes, and tires. Best Trailer, Inc. will not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, negligent handling or normal wear and tear, and any alterations or repairs done to this unit. Best Trailer, Inc. shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damage. Best Trailer, Inc. recommends that the owner of unit make regular inspections on all moving parts and should use suitable lubricant whenever needed. These inspections should take place every four months. If any damage results to either persons or property, and the purchaser has failed to abide by the above provisions, such failure shall invalidate the warranty and will negate Best Trailer, Inc. for any such damages. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees or agreements, whether expressed or implied, and no other person, agent, dealer or company is authorized to change, modify or extend its terms in any manner whatsoever.
